As the back-office for recruiters nationwide, we become the employer for technical, professional, and healthcare contractors working on contract assignments throughout the United States. As a result, we handle all of the financial, administrative, and legal details associated with being the employer.
By aligning yourself with Top Echelon Contracting, you have access to an experienced staff of contract administrators who are available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday. In addition, Top Echelon Contracting provides human resources coverage for our employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also maintain on-site technical and accounting personnel in order to successfully facilitate all phases of a contract staffing placement.
