Healthcare Contract Staffing

Healthcare Contracting by Top Echelon ContractingDue to a variety of factors, including an overall shortage of licensed nurses and other professionals, there is currently a tremendous opportunity for recruiters in the United States in the healthcare industry. There's a strong need right now for healthcare professionals, and there will continue be a need well into the future. Top Echelon Contracting has always focused its efforts on meeting the needs of recruiters and helping them to offer contract staffing. As a result, we expanded our business several years ago to incorporate healthcare placements.

Due to the nature of healthcare jobs, much more effort is needed in order to qualify and employ someone in this field. Without the proper employment of healthcare workers, there could be severe consequences for clients. Top Echelon Contracting has added medical professional liability insurance protection to our Certificate of Insurance. In addition, we have placed healthcare employees everywhere - from small, local clinics and hospitals to the federal government. See a sample of our healthcare clients.

Pre-Hire Application for Therapy Professionals Working in Schools
In 2002, President George W. Bush signed into law the No Child Left Behind Act. The overall purpose of this law is to ensure that each child in America is able to meet the higher learning standards of the state in which he or she lives. Consequently, there has been a huge demand for therapy professionals in school systems.

Top Echelon Contracting works with recruiters who find therapy job openings for contract candidates throughout the United States. Then Top Echelon Contracting becomes the employer for therapy contract professionals assigned to work in various schools. We require any therapy professionals working in a school system to complete a "Pre-Hire Application."
