Top Echelon Contracting, Inc., the recruiter's back-office solution, helps recruiters offer contract staffing to clients and candidates. As a contract staffing service provider since 1992, Top Echelon Contracting becomes the employer and handles all the employee paperwork, legal contracts, timesheet collection, payroll processing and funding, tax withholding, benefits, workers' compensation coverage, invoicing, collection of accounts receivables, background checks, etc.
By aligning yourself with Top Echelon Contracting, you have access to an experienced staff who are available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. In addition, Top Echelon Contracting provides human resources coverage for our employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also maintain on-site technical and accounting personnel in order to successfully facilitate all phases of a contract staffing placement.
