What to Expect

Once your recruiter has finalized your contract assignment and confirmed the start date and hourly pay rate, you will be contacted by Top Echelon Contracting, Inc. (TEC). TEC is a back-office provider and will be your W-2 employer during the contract assignment.

You will receive an email from TEC's HR Department. The email will contain your login information for our secure Web site where you will complete your employment paperwork.

When you login you will see our "Welcome" page that will direct you through the paperwork process for your new contract assignment. Most items can be completed online, but in some cases you must print, sign and RETURN the documents to TEC via fax or scanning. Approved timesheets are due in our office by Monday at 1:00 PM EST. Employees are paid weekly based on hours on the timesheet. We also offer Direct Deposit.
