Top Echelon Contracting has been providing quality staffing solutions since 1992. We specialize in technical, professional, and healthcare contract staffing placements and are currently approved to administer contract staffing to the Federal Government in 29 states. Top Echelon Contracting has access to recruiters nationwide. We work with these recruiters to locate the most qualified candidates for contract assignments. Our vast resources allow Top Echelon Contracting to place qualified candidates, comply with industry standards, and resolve any employment issues that may arise in a professional, ethical, and timely manner. Our organization is trained and prepared to handle personnel substitutions and replacements in a seamless and timely manner. This is critical because of the inherently transient nature of healthcare staffing candidates and “delicate” and sometimes potentially “sensitive” situations. Each situation is handled individually on a case-by-case basis.

Top Echelon Contracting's corporate headquarters are located in Canton, Ohio, and house our core personnel who perform the daily operations of the company. We have placed over 11,000 employees since our inception in 1992. Top Echelon Contracting's President oversees the entire company and is responsible for the daily operations. Our in-house Human Resources Department manages employment-related issues. Human Resource representatives are available to our employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our corporate office also houses the Contract Administration Department. In addition, we work with on-site entities to coordinate all Payroll and Invoicing responsibilities.
