All Top Echelon Contracting employees are paid every week. In the history of our company, we have never missed a payday for any of our employees. Time sheets are collected on Monday and the contractors will be paid for those hours on Friday. To further expedite the payroll cycle, all paychecks are mailed on Thursdays and direct deposit is also available free of charge. Contractors also have the ability to request a payroll deduction for Federal Expressed paychecks. Depending on specific client instructions, customized expense reimbursements can also be handled through our Payroll Department.
