The services that we provide are designed to be as simple and efficient as possible. In fact, clients are only required to do two things—1. Authorize billings by signing the weekly timesheets, and 2. Pay our invoice. That’s it! Top Echelon Contracting will handle everything else involved with the process:
- We issue and negotiate a Client Services Agreement between Top Echelon
Contracting and the client
- We issue an Employment Contract and Forms (W-4, I-9, etc.) to the
candidate
- We maintain a complete and comprehensive Certificate
of Insurance
- We provide worker's compensation insurance
- We conduct criminal background investigation of the candidate
- We offer optional benefits to eligible employees
- We coordinate timesheet collection
- We coordinate expense reimbursements under IRS guidelines
- We handle unemployment claims
- We provide weekly payroll funding and facilitate payroll processing
including the following:
- Federal Income Tax Withholding
- Social Security (employee and employer)
- Medicare (employee and employer)
- Federal Unemployment
- State Income Tax Withholding
- State Unemployment Insurance
- State Disability Insurance (if applicable)
