and direct) can offer contract staffing to clients and candidates
when they facilitate the contract placement through Top Echelon Contracting.
From the recruiter's point of view, the process of making a contract
placement through Top Echelon Contracting remains the same. You find a contract
job order, you recruit a candidate for the contract assignment, and you maintain
your recruiting relationship with the client and candidate. We function as the employer and are responsible for
all administrative details. Some recruiters refer to this type of service
as a back-office or employer of record.
